Growth Marketing Consultant
Location: Hybrid (Full-Time)
About the Role
We’re hiring a Growth Marketing Consultant to join our team as an Account Manager and strategic consultant for our clients.
In this role, you’ll be responsible for managing client accounts, leading marketing strategy, and overseeing the execution of key deliverables—from offer positioning to funnel development.
You’ll also play a direct role in client success by identifying upsell opportunities, renewing service agreements, and increasing account value over time.
Your mission is to help our clients scale their customer acquisition systems through clear messaging, effective content, consistent support—and to drive account growth through strategic recommendations and high-impact conversations.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the main point of contact for a portfolio of clients, building strong relationships and delivering a high standard of service
- Lead strategy across client content, funnels, and offers to align with business objectives
- Provide expert guidance on offer positioning, messaging, and conversion-focused copy
- Oversee internal workflows, collaborating with copywriters, editors, and the rest of the production team
- Track campaign performance and recommend ongoing optimizations
- Organize and lead client calls, strategy sessions, and performance reviews
- Identify opportunities for upsells and expansions based on client needs, performance data, and new service offerings
- Drive client renewals and long-term retention by proactively demonstrating ROI and value
- Stay up to date on growth marketing trends and tools
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in digital marketing, ideally within the service-based or e-learning space
- Experience with account growth, upselling, or business development in a client services environment
- Strong background in content strategy, offer positioning, and funnel-based marketing
- Excellent communication skills in both French and English
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Deep understanding of funnel structures, VSLs, webinars, and other acquisition systems
- Comfortable working independently and managing multiple projects in a remote setting
