We're scaling fast and building one of Quebec's top organic short-form content machines inside a performance-driven paid ads agency. If you've written viral hooks, mapped out banger content calendars, and understand how to turn attention into revenue — this is your seat.
Your Mission
Own the strategy and scripting behind our clients' short-form content.
Turn their expertise into viral, high-converting content across Reels, TikTok, and Shorts.
Build content plans that don't just get views — but drive leads, sales, and authority.
You’ll work closely with our content director, videographers, editors and account managers to ensure strategy and execution are aligned across every project. You’ll collaborate during brainstorms, structure and document monthly strategies, and take charge of researching trends, extracting insights, and coordinating filming sessions. This role is hands-on and hybrid: creative and analytical.
We work with a wide range of clients — products, services, coaches, and experts — and your role will be to adapt your storytelling and strategy to fit their industry, their voice, and especially their ideal Quebec audience.
What You'll Be Doing
- Build monthly content strategies for clients across multiple niches
- Write hooks, scripts, and storyboards optimized for organic reach and conversions
- Analyze performance metrics and iterate based on results
- Stay on top of platform trends and adapt strategies accordingly
- Work closely with videographers, editors, and the account team to ensure strategy is reflected in execution
- Extract engaging story angles from client interviews, courses, sales calls, etc.
- Build frameworks and templates that scale across multiple clients
- Train clients (or their spokespeople) on how to deliver on-camera confidently and effectively
- Coordinate with the videographer to ensure filming aligns with the creative and strategic direction
- Use tools like ChatGPT, ClickUp, Slack, and Google Drive daily
- Write with a clear understanding of Quebec cultural codes and local language nuances
- Report directly to the content director
You're a Fit If You Have:
- Proven experience creating organic short-form content (for brands or your own audience)
- A portfolio that shows content that drove results — views, followers, leads, or sales
- Strong understanding of consumer psychology, hooks, and direct response marketing
- Ability to write fast, compelling scripts that convert
- A marketing brain — you see the business purpose behind every post
- You're bilingual (French & English), and you know how to speak to a Quebec audience
- Bonus: You've worked with coaches, service businesses, or personal brands before
Important: French (Quebecois) must be your first language. You need to think, write, and speak like your audience. This is not just about being bilingual — it's about being native.

- Comfortable both working independently and in collaboration
- Highly organized and capable of juggling multiple strategies at once
- Curious, creative, and proactive in identifying new angles, formats, and ideas
- Able to connect the dots between content, positioning, and conversion
