Our fast-growing, high-velocity marketing agency is looking for a Media Buyer who excels at crafting and optimizing paid campaigns, primarily across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube Ads. The ideal candidate has extensive experience in media buying, with a focus on lead generation. You should be a data-driven strategist, highly analytical, and able to manage and scale campaigns while optimizing performance across multiple platforms. About the Role:

As a Media Buyer, you’ll apply our "Grow or Die" philosophy to every campaign you manage, constantly refining strategies and driving measurable results. You’ll set up and optimize high-converting ad campaigns across multiple platforms, leveraging A/B testing, data analysis, and CRM insights to align campaigns with real sales outcomes. Your strategic thinking and ability to interpret performance metrics will ensure that every dollar spent on ads is optimized for maximum ROI and lead generation.

Your Day-to-Day Will Involve:

  • Setting Up, Monitoring, and Optimizing Campaigns: You will manage paid media campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube Ads, ensuring they are data-driven and well-targeted to drive high-quality leads.
  • Data Interpretation and Campaign Optimization: Analyze performance data from multiple sources, including CRM systems and sales insights, to align ad strategies with business goals and optimize for cost per lead (CPL), CPA, and ROAS.
  • Strategic Campaign Development: Plan, execute, and scale campaigns based on market research, audience insights, and sales funnel stages to maximize results at every step of the customer journey.
  • A/B Testing and Continuous Improvement: Run consistent A/B tests on ad creatives, audiences, and strategies to identify the best-performing approaches and continually refine campaign performance.
  • Budget Management and Scaling: Manage large budgets, ensuring efficient budget allocation and scaling campaigns across platforms without compromising on ROAS or lead quality.
  • Audience Segmentation and Targeting: Utilize advanced targeting techniques, such as custom audiences, retargeting, and lookalike audiences, to ensure precise delivery and high engagement.
  • Collaborating with Creative Teams: Work closely with designers and copywriters to ensure that ad creatives and copy align with campaign goals, providing data-backed feedback to continuously improve engagement.
  • Reporting and Insights: Generate detailed reports on campaign performance, analyzing key metrics to make data-driven recommendations and improve future campaign outcomes.
  • Staying Ahead of Trends: Keep up-to-date with the latest platform updates, industry trends, and emerging strategies to maintain a competitive edge in the marketplace.
  • Proactive Strategy Refinement: Recommend new ad angles, targeting strategies, and platform experiments to maximize campaign effectiveness and scalability.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Extensive Expertise in Facebook and Instagram Ads: Proven experience managing and optimizing campaigns on Facebook Ads Manager is essential. Experience in YouTube and Google Ads is highly preferred.
  • Lead Generation Focus: You should have a strong background in lead generation, with demonstrated success in driving high-quality leads, reducing CPA, and improving ROAS. High-ticket sales experience is a bonus.
  • Strong Analytical and Data-Driven Mindset: You should be comfortable analyzing complex datasets, including CRM and sales performance metrics, and using them to refine and optimize campaign strategies.
  • A/B Testing and Optimization Experience: Proven ability to set up and interpret A/B tests, as well as continuously optimize campaigns for improved performance.
  • Strategic Thinking: You are a strategic thinker with a strong ability to research audiences, competitors, and market trends, then translate those insights into actionable and effective ad strategies.
  • Budget Management Expertise: Experience managing and scaling large ad budgets to maximize ROI while maintaining cost efficiency.
  • Deep Understanding of Sales Funnels and Buyer Psychology: Knowledge of how advertising fits into the broader sales funnel and how to move leads effectively through awareness, consideration, and conversion stages.
  • Creative Collaboration: You should have experience collaborating with creative teams to provide feedback on creative performance, ensuring high-converting ads.
  • Technical Proficiency: You should be highly skilled in Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads, Google Analytics, and familiar with UTM tracking and conversion pixel setup.
  • Bilingual fluency in French and English: The ability to communicate clearly and collaborate effectively in both languages is essential.
